How do shipping and returns work when I buy across brands?

Because each item ships from the brand that sells it, shipping and returns follow that brand’s own policy — there’s no separate unimall fulfilment in between. In practice that means each brand’s order arrives on its own timeline and is returned through that brand directly, which is why the cart fans out into one sub-order per brand so it’s clear what’s coming from where. A unimall+ membership can add perks like free shipping thresholds, but the underlying returns window and process are always the retailer’s. We show prices excluding shipping and flag that the final total is confirmed at each brand’s checkout.
